The finished size is approximately 60" in diameter, uses a #7 steel hook or whatever you need to obtain the gauge.
It requires 3,000 yards of cream size 10 crochet cotton thread or choose the color you'd like... but try to buy enough so that your color is all the same... different color lots do matter.
Currently I am on round 70 in this project .... You know how things come up and you need to start a new project...
I've made 3 sweaters for my great neices, a few baby blankets and some baby bags...
